Bernardo Matos de Pinho is the CEO of TECNOPLANO BRASIL and Executive Board Member since 2012 at TECNOPLANO Group, having served as President of the TECNOPLANO Group between 2017 and 2021. With a master’s degree in Architect from the Lusíada University of Lisbon and a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management and Evaluation from the Catholic University of Lisbon. He is responsible for general management, Group strategy, marketing, finance, as well as Leadership of several Group Companies in Brazil, Integra Mais and Lifestyle.
With more than 25 years of experience in the development and management of large scale Construction Projects, he has accumulated a vast portfolio of Projects in several market sectors such as Airports, Tourism and Real Estate Developments (including Interior Design), Hospitals, Teaching Facilities and Research.
He counts also with a successful track-record in the implementation of business units in the International Market in 3 Continents – Europe, Africa and South America.
BERNARDO MATOS DE PINHO

Marcelo holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from FEIS UNESP, Ilha Solteira campus, specializing in Distributed Generation and Power Quality.
He is part of the research group at the Laboratory of Electrical Power Quality (LAQEE) and actively participates in research projects related to photovoltaic energy.
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, has an MBA in Business Management, and completed a Technical degree in Electrotechnics.
With 25 years of experience in the electrical energy distribution sector, Marcelo has worked with CPFL (Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz) in operational areas, engineering, and field team coordination.
He has expertise in electrical projects, generator groups, and distributed generation, actively contributing to the homologation, approval, and implementation of photovoltaic solar plants and power stations.

Márcio Garrett is Executive Director at TECNOPLANO BRASIL. With a master’s degree in civil engineering and complementary training in Construction Health & Safety Coordination. With over 20 years of experience in the development and management of Construction Projects in the Portuguese, African and Brazilian markets, he accumulates the functions of Management and Administration of the South America subsidiary from TECNOPLANO.
It has an extensive portfolio of Works in the Curriculum, which crosses several Market Sectors, such as Airports, Culture, Urbanism, Offices, Hotels, Sports Complexes and Housing in interventions of construction from greenfield projects to rehabilitation and requalification.
